Where is The Sparkle Spa based?
The Sparkle Spa is based at The Beauty Emporium at Church Stretton, Shropshire
How do I pay?
A deposit of £75 is required via bank transfer to secure the booking. The remaining fee is due on the day which can be paid via bank transfer or cash.
What insurance do you have?
The company is insured for public liability and all the staff who provide treatments are fully qualified and have a DBS.
Does every child need their invitation signed?
Yes, it is imperative that your guests have signed to confirm they are happy for their child to take part in the activities. To ensure the smooth running of the party it is advised that these are completed before the day.
Do you provide food?
All our packages include a party box for each child which is prepared by one of our recommended catering companies. Please choose from the menu what food you require no later than 7 days before the party.
Can I take photos during the party?
Yes! We are all about making memories. There will be lots of opportunities for group photos and individual shots. All we ask is you don't gather the children up for group photos whilst we are trying to work.
Do I need to arrive early?
We ask that you arrive 10 minutes prior to the party start time. We have a short turnaround time to clean and set up between bookings.
Do we wait for all guests to arrive before the party commences?
Unfortunately not. We run on a tight schedule to ensure efficiency and minimal delays for anyone. We have to start at the booked time to ensure we can complete all the activities planned for the party. If you are late you can still attend however you will have missed any activities or treatments.
